A closer look
A clean exterior is only part of the picture.
Your hood sits directly above the busiest part of the kitchen. Cooking leaves grease on the canopy, in the filter area, and along the path into the exhaust system. Wiping the visible stainless steel does not address every surface that needs attention.
Start with the size and number of hoods, the equipment underneath, and the condition you can see. We’ll discuss your kitchen and the cleaning scope before you schedule. If the ductwork or rooftop area also needs attention, include it in the same request.
Hood and canopy
Tell us about visible grease, hard-to-reach surfaces, and the length of your cooking line.
Filters and grease collection
Include the filter arrangement and any removable components when describing the system.
A connected system
Ask about exhaust duct cleaning so the conversation goes beyond the visible hood.
